I met and hung out backstage with Brian Nevin - the drummer for Big Head Todd and the Monsters. Very cool night as I was also 1st row, center stage. He is an amazing musician. I have studied his style and techniques for several years now. Posted by Picasa

I also met Vienna Teng after her concert in Fremont at the Mission Coffee house. We hung out for a bit and chatted it up. She's a doll. :-) Posted by Picasa

All I remember is that there was no room back there. This is a 1965+- Ludwig seashell finish kit. It was left under the pool table in Kevin's garage. I cleaned it up, put new heads on it and added a few missing pieces here and there. Jeff's brother tuned it up and this little kit cranked. One of the floor Toms was a bottomless thang... not part of the original Ludwig kit. Posted by Picasa

Playing my Timpani sticks on an original song written by the band. I liked the deep effect these sticks would project. Posted by Picasa

Our 1st gig together as "Chickens Dun!": Bill, Jeff, Kevin, and me. I helped build this garage. Actually, I helped build this house! This was an open house celebration. Posted by Picasa
